RoofGenius was built by a team with more than a decade working at the intersection of roofing technology and the contractors who use it every day — embedded with owners, estimators, supplement specialists, and project managers, watching where the money was actually leaving the table.
What we kept seeing was the same story, told a hundred different ways: contractors were doing world-class work in the field, but losing five and six figures per job inside the insurance process. Estimates carriers wrote short. Supplements that were owed and never asked for. Measurements re-ordered three times because nobody could read the report fast enough. The technology meant to help was built for accountants, not for roofers.
