Xactimate supplement letter framework that gets approved

A well-built supplement letter isn't an accident. RoofGenius letters follow this exact structure:

  1. Cite the policy section (your jurisdiction-specific replacement cost language)
  2. Cite the IRC code section (R908.3 for decking, R905.1.2 for I&W, etc.)
  3. Attach photos with timestamp + GPS
  4. Reference the carrier's own scope numbering (so the desk adjuster can find the gap fast)
